From your Theme editor, select collection list in the page select box.
There are 5 static sections in the collection list page
The announcement bar, header, newsletter and footer sections are common static sections.
The Collection list is the specific static sections of the collection list page.

Show all / Only a few collections
If you select Only a few collections option, you can select the collections you want to display on the collection list page in the collection list content setting.
If you select Show all option, all collections in your store will be displayed on the collection list page.
In the setting block, you can configure the layout of the collection list page.
