Variant images grouped

In this article, you will find how to configure the variant images grouped.

Filter the variant images by color. This setting is used for Product pages and Quickview.

Media alt text configuration

As you can see in the gif image above, when a color option is selected, the image slider (on the left hand side) just displays the images related to the color.

In order to display the variant images grouped for all products correctly, you need to configure the shopify product media alt text for all products.

1. From you Shopify Admin, go to Products

2. Select a product

3. In the Media section, click on a media image.

4. Enter the alt text for the image.

5. Click Save alt text

6. Click Close icon on the top right of the screen

Note: the alt text must be the same as the variant color option.
